SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM EST are usually processed and shipped same-day, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Alpha Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost/Damaged
If you have received your product damaged, see our Warranty Disclaimer Below. Please be sure to save all packaging and product materials in order to file a claim. You may be required to send a photo of the packaging and product upon filing.
If you your product has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team to assist you with filing lost package claim. Please have your order information readily available.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We stand behind all our products and are confident that they will perform as designed. While Alpha Products are not sold under any guaranteed warranty if you feel your product has under-preformed or exhibits any manufacturing defects we will evaluate any and all claims on jackets within 6 months of purchase date from AlphaIndustries.com. After 6 months, items exhibiting issues are considered normal wear-and-tear and may not qualify for replacement.
